Three three-week series. Take one series or all three!
Coaches who take these courses will increase their understanding and usage of important basic coaching skills such as giving direct feedback which stays within the coaching paradigm without crossing over into being the expert, crafting skillful questions that evoke client discovery, advanced listening skills, developing a conversational style of coaching that represents your unique coaching style, yet fits the client’s personality and desired coaching method, and designing with a client a well-articulated desired outcome.
You will have the opportunity to practice coaching skills and receive feedback on your coaching. As coaches we not only want to be skilled coaches, but masterful. PLUS in August, the course will include an open forum to discuss difficult situations that you may be encountering or situations for which you want to be prepared to facilitate well.
These three series are resources to support you in your pursuit of masterful coaching. Each series is limited to four participants to give you the attention and feedback on your particular coaching style, use of coaching skills within your coaching style, and ample time for discussion. You will also gain 3 professional CEUs.
