The official launch of Senior Conversations is here! This training is a unique approach to selling senior housing. Jason Lange and MaryLynne Bolden, Cofounders of MJ Senior Housing are experienced in assisted and independent living, Alzheimer’s and dementia care facilities, with 21 years of combined experience in the assisted living industry.
Senior Conversations places curious listening at the forefront of an effective sales program, and includes basic and advanced training in the coaching competencies with a coaching process customized with specific application to the senior living sales situation. The training program integrates successful selling and coaching skills as a natural part of the way a salesperson thinks and communicates; it is focused on developing Senior Living Sales professionals through a step-by-step approach to learning, practicing, and application of the essential skills for Senior Conversations.
Senior Conversation trainers will take the sales professional through a multiple week, 40-hour step-by-step approach to learning, practicing, and applying coaching principles and techniques. Senior Conversations trainers will train sales professions in the foundations of co-creating a relationship, active listening, asking powerful questions, establishing a coaching presence, direct communication, managing progress, and creating awareness to building a sustainable sales solution.
