The on-campus workshops is a prominent distinctive in our core trainings. We want to know each of our trainees and clients, and establish a long-term relationship. In addition, we want to create an environment where trainees can experience community and develop friendships with other coaches. We believe face-to-face interactive training enhances coach training and develops a warmth and energy to the teleclasses because we know each other.
We Fly to You doesn’t leave you alone to gather a group of people together. We will put the training on our website homepage as a featured project, schedule an informational conference call for those interested in coach training, provide informational PDFs that you can e-mail to perspective trainees, provide office support to you, and the trainer will be available to answer your questions during the entire registration process. If you are a part of an organization that is interested in coach training, one of our trainers is available to travel to your location to meet and discuss your organizations unique needs—our specialty is customized training and our basic training can be tailored to meet your needs. Our goal for We Fly To You in 2012, is to make this program available for groups of eight or more. We Fly To You is a unique feature of our training and we want to continue to make our popular 12-week Essential Coach Training (ECT) available in as many locations throughout the United States. What is convenient about this program, is our trainers travel to your own city or organization for both ECT workshops when there are groups of eight or more trainees. The remainder of the ten-week training is teleclass based.
