What Makes the Center for Coaching Excellence Training Unique?

CCE has a proven track record and has been in existence since 2007. Our mission has never wavered: Training leaders with coaching excellence for lasting influence

Training Overview

Our sole focus is developing highly competent coaches. Our mentor coach training approach limits classes to eight-ten participants and allows us to invest in every participant through individualized guidance in personal and professional development, coaching style, and coaching mastery. Here are examples of the insight, understanding, and skills included in your training:

Training Approach

We have found coaching is served well with a combination of in-person and virtual classroom training. In-person training provides a rich experience of observation, coaching demonstrations, group interaction, collaborative peer exercises, and dialogue that strengthens comprehension, application, and synthesis. This enhances the virtual classroom interaction and learning experience that follows the workshop.

We recognize that, for some, travel may still be impossible. Therefore, we have designed an Essential Coach Training no-travel virtual format with in-person dynamics that is offered twice during the calendar year.

Customized Content – All of our training content has been meticulously developed by CCE, using what we believe to be the highest quality research and resources available.

Our approach to coach training is the result of research where we learned firsthand the effectiveness that skilled communication has in the hands of some of world’s most influential leaders. The neuroscience behavior and mind-set research added the science to masterful communication. We have taken that knowledge and broken it down into tangible communication processes that participants can incorporate into their personal and professional lives.

Our process allows us to customize our training to best match the needs of our participants. Each program workbook has been thoughtfully designed and formatted as a resource that can be used for years to come.

Certification – Our three inclusive and comprehensive programs meet the necessary number of coach-specific training hours and mentor coaching requirements for each level of the International Coach Federation (ICF) certifications. Complete information is found on the CCE  Certification page or you can request a free consultation.

Training Logistics

We offer our workshops throughout the US. However, when flight travel occurs for participants, we have priced our training to help cover the cost of US travel expenses.

Tuition covers:

  • Training manual and all textbooks.
  • Cost of ground transportation from/to the airport in the venue city.
  • Meals during Workshop hours.
  • ICF required mentor coaching hours. (Mentor coaching averages approximately $1000 beyond coach training for each level of certification.)
