What Makes the Center for Coaching Excellence and Its Training Distinct?

There is no greater fulfillment than establishing relationship with you, supporting you throughout your training, and continuing a personal and professional relationship for years to come. We count it an honor to support you as an individual, your vision, and be a resource that you can count on, whether it's a simple question or charting a course in your career or life.
Training approach. Our training solely focuses on developing highly competent coaches through a mentor-training approach that allows us to invest in each participant. Our class size is a maximum of 10 participants, which allows us to give support in developing each person's unique coaching style and applying the coaching concept to his or her particular area of focus.
In-depth. Emphasis on the structure and nature of an effective conversation using coaching competencies, value-based mindset, and neuroscience basics delivers application that you can transfer to any profession. The approach to coach training is the result of research where we learned firsthand the effectiveness that skilled communication has in the hands of some of world’s most influential leaders. The neuroscience behavior and mind-set research added the science to masterful communication. CCE has taken that knowledge and broken it down into tangible communication processes that leaders can incorporate into their personal and professional lives.
We have had the privilege of expanding communication processes and skills by developing customized communication training used in companies such as ExxonMobil, Luse Companies, MJ Senior Housing, and Fairview Hospitals of Minnesota. Today, CCE continues to present and customize training for diverse industries in the United States.
Comprehensive. Our Associate Program tuition covers all of your training and mentor coaching costs for your first level of International Coach Federation certification. Plus, our programs include Ethics and Risk Management for Coaches, Coaching With StrengthsFinder© and Personality Indicators, coaching practicums, plus more. Why do we include all of options in our training? We believe these elements will result in developing highly skilled coaches who can ultimately influence transformation in people's lives, and inclusion of the additional courses is cost effective for our participants.
Customized. All of our training has been developed by CCE, using what we believe to be the best resources available. This provides us the opportunity to customized our training to best meet the needs of our trainees. Each program manual has been beautifully designed and formatted as a resource that you can use for years to come.
Relational. Our core programs are a combination of workshop and virtual webinar classroom. We heard our trainees when they asked us to not change to online only because of the value of in-person training. We responded by taking our workshops into several regions of the United States and we continue to add more regions. Workshops are a great way to establish new relationships and sit around a table learning together. I must add...the food is great, the training rooms are always lovely, and we cover all of your costs except for airfare and hotel costs. Hotel accommodations are always at a discounted rate.
We also heard our potential trainees ask if there can be training with no travel required. We are now offering Essential Coaching twice a year that doesn't require travel. Our virtual online classes enable you to interact visually with the trainer and other trainees. It's the next best thing to being in person.
