Master Level Coaching: February 1–March 29

This course expands upon the fundamentals of Essential and Associate Training and will develop your proficiency and mastery of coaching. The goal is for you to use the coaching competencies easily and in a manner that is most beneficial to your clients. If you want to consistently coach with Master level skills, this course is for you. Taught by MCC coach, Carissa Gay, who was named one of the top twenty San Antonio coaches for 2021, you will engage in a small group environment where you will have opportunity to increase your coaching effectiveness.

You will develop as a coach by discovering the presence and partnership of masterful coaching. More than a process or set of skills, masterful coaching flows out of who you are as a coach.

This course provides a deep dive into the ICF competencies through the lens of MCC application. Participants will learn the essential ingredients of each competency and build fluidity through hands-on practice.

You must have completed at least 100 client-coaching hours to participate in the course.

This registration form must be completed and received by the Center for Coaching Excellence (CCE) office along full payment no later than Tuesday, January 25, 2022.
