With over 30 years of experience in education, more than 20 years in coaching, and an Ed.D. in Leadership, Heather brings a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and leadership development. Her work focuses on empowering educators, students, and organizations to unlock potential, strengthen skills, and achieve meaningful, sustainable success. Drawing on decades of classroom experience, leadership training, and coaching practice, Heather integrates research-based strategies with a highly personalized approach to growth and development.
She works with educators to:
- Guide students toward academic advancement by focusing on individual strengths, addressing areas of need, and developing individual talents and abilities
- Create classroom environments that support students as they navigate changing academic, social, and emotional dynamics
- Develop tailored approaches for each student, fostering self-awareness, motivation, critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, and organizational skills
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from St. Catherine University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Concordia University in St. Paul, and an Ed.D. in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She currently serves as Board Chair of My Sister’s Keeper in Atlanta, Georgia, a foundation dedicated to equipping and empowering a diverse community of women through educational pursuits, life skills development, and personal and professional growth. Heather also serves as President of the Condos on Grand Association Board, providing strategic leadership, governance oversight, and community-focused decision-making.
