Cushmeer H. Haines is a seasoned business development executive and consultant providing executive coaching and leadership development expertise. He has business development and global account management experience having worked for both IBM and Microsoft. In addition, he has also held leadership roles at other organizations providing consulting, managed and strategic staffing services to Fortune 500 companies. His focus lies primarily on delivering enterprise level consulting solutions that address clients’ critical business issues and positively impacting their bottom line.
Cushmeer has also served in both leadership roles and as a board member for various non-profit organizations located in the Twin Cities including Twin Cities Rise, the MN Chapter HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management Solutions), The St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, The St Paul Business Review Council, and BDPA, Twin Cities Chapter, an organization that works with underprivileged youth to develop relevant technical skills and expose them to various careers and opportunities focused on Information Technology, Computer Science and related STEM fields.
Cushmeer earned his BS in Polymer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio, and an MBA from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in Strategic Management, and Information & Decision Sciences. He has also completed the Mini-MBA in Healthcare Information Management from the University of St. Thomas. Cushmeer recently completed his certification from Cornell University on “Sales Leadership and Revenue Generation”. In addition, he is certified to administer the Hogan Assessment Certification for talent assessment and development and is currently pursuing his Associate Certified Coach Certification with the International Coaching Federation.
