Designed for coaches renewing their ACC or upgrading to the PCC, this Mentor Coaching Group focuses on mastering the three phases of the conversation and becoming fluid in your coaching style. Learn how to facilitate client transformation through intuitive listening and customized responses. This course fulfills the 10 required mentor coaching hours for ICF certification.

The MCC Mentor Coaching Group is your path to masterful coaching. This course examines the ICF competencies through the lens of MCC application. More than a process or set of skills, masterful coaching flows out of your presence and partnership as a coach.
