Annie Perdue-Olson

Annie Perdue-Olson is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and facilitator partnering with small to midsize organizations to align people and processes so they can grow with confidence. As the founder of Leading Better Together, Annie has spent 15+ years guiding leaders through strategic conversations that clarify direction, refine practical team structures, and build rhythms of communication and accountability that make execution easier. Annie also brings hands-on senior leadership experience, having led significant growth and restructuring while expanding programs and scaling budgets from $2.4M to $4.3M, alongside a grounded understanding of how to balance care for people with clear expectations and results.

Annie is known for quickly assessing what is happening, drawing out perspectives, and turning complexity into a simple plan leaders can act on right away. Clients can expect focused facilitation, clear next steps, and implementation “scaffolding” that helps people move from stalled and overwhelmed to aligned, energized, and delivering together.

She holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Change Leadership (Organization Development) from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Leadership Coach through the Center for Coaching Excellence. Annie is also a certified Working Genius Facilitator, using the model in team workshops and strategic planning to clarify roles, unlock momentum, and accelerate execution. As a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, Annie helps teams understand personality preferences to strengthen communication, collaboration, and day-to-day working relationships across diverse styles.
