Cushmeer H. Haines has more than 20 years of business development, and global account management experience working for companies such as IBM, and Microsoft.  In addition, he has also held leadership roles at other organizations providing consulting, managed and strategic staffing services to Fortune 500 companies.  His focus is on delivering enterprise technology and consulting solutions that address clients’ critical business issues and positively impact their bottom line.

Currently, he serves as the Vice President, Business Development for Alliant Consulting, a management consulting firm that provides expertise in helping organizations gain alignment between people, processes and metrics that deliver positive impacts on customer satisfaction, employee morale and their business objectives.

Cushmeer has also served in both leadership roles and as a board member for various organizations, including the MN Chapter HIMSS(Healthcare Information Management Solutions),  The St Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, The St Paul Business Review Council, and BDPA, Twin Cities Chapter, an organization that works with youth to develop relevant technical skills and expose them to various careers and opportunities focused on Information Technology, Computer Science and related STEM fields.

Cushmeer earned his BS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio, and an MBA from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in Strategic Management, and Information & Decision Sciences. He has also completed the Mini-MBA in Healthcare Information Management from the University of St. Thomas.
