Mary Verstraete is a Leadership Development Professional and President of the Center for Coaching Excellence (CCE). For more than 30 years, Mary has been a coach and consultant to business professionals and organizational leaders to strengthen their influence, expand their capacity, and achieve convergence between their personal and professional lives.

In 2004, she created a groundbreaking resource, the LifeMap for Focused Living© Process. Developed with precision and refined through extensive experience, this powerful framework has empowered hundreds of leaders to achieve unparalleled convergence in their personal and professional lives resulting in living and leading with clarity, confidence, and intentionality. Today the process continues to be valued for its life-changing results.

In 2008, Mary founded the Center for Coaching Excellence (CCE), an ICF-accredited training organization dedicated to developing highly competent, confident coaches. Her proprietary curriculum integrates neuroscience, mentor training, and small cohort learning to cultivate coaches that contribute at their personal and professional best. CCE’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its individualized approach, high standards, and lifelong impact on leaders across industries.

In 2017, Mary authored Conversation Matters!©, a communication workshop series shaped from over three decades of dedication to perfecting the art of conversational leadership. The mission: To infuse honor, connection, inspiration, and trust into every interaction.
