Level 2 Program Overview
Level 2 Coach Training is designed for coaches who are ready to elevate their professional development and refine their personal coaching approach.
It focuses on mastering transformational techniques and neuroscience-informed skills that expand your capacity for transformational impact.
Level 2 Module Options
Completion of Level 1 is a requirement prior to enrollment.
All Level 2, Part 1 modules earn training hours toward ACC renewal and a PCC credential.

Module 1–Mindset Is Causative: 16 hours of Continuing Coach Education.

Module 2–The Art of Coaching with Neuroscience: 12 hours of Continuing Coach Education.
Applying brain-based principles to strengthen awareness, insight, and evidence-informed coaching. - Module 3–Advanced Coaching Toolbox Practicum: 14.5 hours of Continuing Coach Education.
Developing the ability to listen beyond words and respond to a client’s internal framework with precision and depth.- Plus, three mentor coaching hours within this option.
