Advance Your Coaching Mastery

  • Earn 42.5 Continuing Coach Education hours toward your PCC credential.
  • Completing Level 2 Part 1 modules also fulfills the 40 hours for ACC renewal. 
  • In addition, three group mentor coaching hours are included within Part 1 modules.

Program Overview

Level 2 Coach Training is designed for coaches who are ready to elevate their professional development and refine their personal coaching approach.

This course goes beyond accumulating coaching hours for PCC credentialing. It focuses on mastering transformational techniques and neuroscience-informed skills that expand your capacity for transformational impact.

COMPLETION OF LEVEL 1 IS A REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT.

Participants engage in advanced coaching applications that deepen both skill and presence:

  • Mindset is Causative
    Expand your ability to recognize and work effectively with mindset as a driver of behavior and results.
  • The Art of Coaching with Neuroscience
    Apply brain-based principles to strengthen awareness, insight, and evidence-informed coaching.
  • Advanced Coaching Toolbox Practicum
    Develop the ability to listen beyond words and respond to a client’s internal framework with precision and depth.
