Dan Mattson has been leading teams for 25 years throughout the US and overseas using creative and innovative means to engage people and to support them in serving at their personal and professional best. He is a specialist in assessing, developing, and coaching the talents in his clients.

His ultimate passion is seeing people make decisions that results in their success, positively impacting their life and the lives of others.

Dan’s experience includes leadership coaching and team development for ExxonMobil, team building and coaching in Africa, the Middle East, South America, and owning his own coaching and consulting business, serving local businesses in Minnesota.

Dan received his MA in Education from Bethel University and BS in Business Administration from Northland College.
