Refining Your Coaching Skills
Following successful completion of Essential–Associate Training, the second level in your coaching development is Professional Training: Refining Your Coaching Skills, Part 1 and 2. This course concentrates on in-depth professional-level coaching skills.
If pursuing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) designation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Refining Your Coaching Skills, this is the next step toward that certification. Complete information is found on the CCE Credentialing page or you can request a free consultation.
This course is divided into Part 1 and Part 2 with breaks scheduled: Summer Break, Holiday Break, and Spring Break.

Professional Training expands upon the fundamentals of the Essential-Associate Training, taking your application to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level of coaching. This course specifically explores working with mindsets, facilitating self-guided feedback, coaching the whole person, neuroscience, leadership and executive coaching, giving you the ability to coach masterfully and effectively.

Professional Training, Part 1 and 2, meets all of the training and mentor coaching requirements for the ICF Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC).
We offer Professional Training throughout the calendar year.
Tuition covers: Training materials, textbooks, and ten hours mentor coaching.
